CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to your appointment • A 30% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation & rescheduling less than 24hrs to your appointment. Late Arrival/No Shows: If you arrive late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, you will need to rebook and will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you do not rebook your scheduled appointment you will be charged for the full service No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked A second no-show will no longer be permitted to book appointments with Fresh Bloom Esthetics.
